    WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

    In-stock items usually ship within 3-4 business days, while Featured items can have a shipping delay of up to two weeks. Your estimated delivery dates will appear on the checkout page prior to order completion, and are also in the Order Confirmation Email you’ll receive shortly after your purchase. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information, when your order ships.


    MAY I PICK UP IN YOUR STORE?

    Please select “Store Pick Up” selection at checkout, if you would like to pick up your order at: 42 ½ Caledonia Sausalito, CA 94965.


    WHAT METHOD OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE?

    UPS is our preferred method of shipping. Given our location in California, transit time for your order rarely takes more than two business days for the West coast or five for the East coast. The only guarantee offered by UPS Ground is that your package will arrive within 7 business days from the day it was shipped. If transit time exceeds 7 days, you will be refunded your shipping costs. Please be advised that unforeseen delays can occur, and any orders cancelled due to such shipping delays are subject to a restocking fee as described in our Returns Policy. Please note that UPS chooses to observe certain holidays but not others. On some holidays they deliver/pick up both ground and air packages, and on other holidays they only pick up air packages. There are also holidays when they take the day completely off.


    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We do, and normally use USPS or DHL for shipping logistics.

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    We want you to love your AC purchase. Returns accepted for merchandise in sellable condition within 30 days for store credit. No returns after 30 days. No returns or exchanges on sale items.


    HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?

    Products purchased using an Above Category Gift Card will be refunded to you as an Above Category Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you an Above Category Gift Card, please contact us directly.


    CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    We are happy to exchange a new/unused item. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability.


    FAULTY ITEMS

    We understand that an item may be defective. Above Category proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all products we carry. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of each partner for the practical lifetime of the product.


    THE PRACTICAL LIFETIME OF THE PRODUCT

    Products are built to last over extended periods of use, but nothing lasts indefinitely. Fabrics will deteriorate and fade over time and moving parts will wear out. Use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under our warranty policy.

    To help expedite your warranty request, please email info@abovecategorycycling.com provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, item brand and description, and a picture of the defect.
