We're in the midst of summer and it's a perfect time to turn up the heat with our latest Sarto build. While we might not be taking beach vacations or hitting up the dance clubs like we did in summers past, we can still channel those vibes into a screaming hot custom bike. A bright pink Dinamica, handcrafted in Italy and ready to take to the South Carolina streets.
The Frame
The Dinamica is Sarto's most stiff, sprint worthy platform. Looking at its proportions, it really shows. As burly as it may be, Sarto still does some magic in the lay up process to ensure it's still smooth enough to be a pleasure to ride. Those massive oversize tubes also make for an excellent canvas for the bold pink graphics. Big bright panels, just like the vibrant night light of this bike's new home in Myrtle Beach.
The Cockpit
With a bike this stout, it was only fitting to complete the front end with Deda's oversized 35 cockpit. The extra large clamp diameter means direct responsiveness to out of the saddle sprinting as well as razor sharp steering input. This bike has one robust front end. Out at the backside lies a Deda Superlggero seatpost, custom coated to match the bike's wild paint scheme.
The Drivetrain
The drivetrain of choice for this build was an 11s Sram Red eTap kit. While it might not be the latest 12s AXS, we've always had excellent performance out of the original eTap. Besides, if you've got an excellent group set lying around, you might as well use it! A Quarq power meter helps keep an eye on the watts and spins on a Ceramicspeed bottom bracket for ultimate smoothness. Speed is kept in check by a set of EE rim calipers.
The Wheels
Finally, we get to the hoops. Speed is key for this build, so we wanted something with a bit of an aero advantage. We took a set of Enve SES 4.5 rims and custom laced them to a pair of DT Swiss 180 EXP straight pull hubs. keeping them glued to the pavement are a set of 25c Vittoria Corsa Control tires.
